Security tokens platform TokenDelicate has joined the U.S.-based crypto lobbying group Blockchain Association (BA).
The San Francisco-based token issue platform expressed in an official announcement on April 27 that it will be coming into the D.C.-based group to "educate regulators and elective officials on the advantages of utilizing blockchain technology and the need for responsive, national restrictive standards."

Announcing that the agency can be taking a number one function inside the BA, TokenDelicate expressed the transfer was aimed for steering on utilizing blockchain know-how below present rules, enhancing restrictive compliance on safety tokens requirements, and in the end attaining better mechanisation for blockchain infrastructure.
Kristin Smith, Executive Director of The Blockchain Association expressed in a release that the addition of TokenDelicate to the group would offer "important perspective in support of a pro-business and pro-consumer restrictive solution [to securities law]."
TokenDelicate Chief Legal Officer Alex Levine may also be co-chairing the group's Security Token Working Group.
Legal help from Blockchain Association
The BA has come call at help of different blockchain corporations dealing with authorized challenges. The group has already filed at to the last-place degree two amicus curiae Jockey shorts in 2020 for Canadian courier Kik and Telegram. Both firms are dealing with judicial proceedings from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
